The service
OverGoals AI is an Android sports analytics application that provides daily football data analysis, trend-probability indicators, and historical trend data for Over 1.5, 2.5, and 3.5 goal metrics. The App may restrict advanced analytics content until you obtain an advanced data access tier.
Analytics disclaimer
Statistical projections and trend data are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not assure outcomes, accuracy, or specific results. All metrics are presented as analytical evaluations, not certainties.
The App provides sports data analysis only. It does not provide financial or legal advice. You are responsible for your own use of the information presented.
Accounts
You may need to sign in with Google to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under your account.
Advanced data access and refunds
The App offers advanced data access tiers (such as 1-day, 1-week, 1-month, 6-month, or yearly options) to unlock expanded analytics layers.
Billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its store policies.
We may verify transactions server-side. If a transaction cannot be verified, advanced data access may not be granted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or reverse engineer or exploit the App.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your own purposes, subject to these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
